Metal Spinning

Also known as rotary embossing or rejection spinning, metal spinning is a forming process in which a sheet metal disc is transformed on a mold while rotating on a lathe. Through controlled pressure, symmetrical parts such as cones, cylinders, spheres, and bells can be shaped.

Advantages:

  • High precision and surface finish
  • Ideal for small and medium series
  • Low material waste
  • Versatility in geometric shapes
