Sand Casting

We count with a vast experience in the foundation sand casting industry manufacturing finished complicated products such as single one piece five meter long poles.

Permanent Aluminum Molds

We also have vast experience with aluminum founding with the use of cast dies in hydraulic presses.

Finishing

With the use of a variety abrasive products and sand blasting we achieve a proper finish of the parts prior to the powder coating process.

Machining

We use lathes for the fabrication of threads, rolls, holes and such as needed for the assembly of our finished product.

Aluminum Extrusion

Aluminum extrusion is main raw material of our finished products. We count with qualified personnel in assembly of products with extruded aluminum parts and aluminum casted parts, such as light poles, die cast mounts, benches, and mailboxes.

Welding

We have vast experience with welding steel and aluminum in products such as mail boxes, fixtures, and ten meter poles by AWS certified welders.

Off Cast Aluminum

The majority of fixtures that we manufacture require aluminum metal spinning components; thanks to this we dominate the development of the tooling for these kinds of products.

Assembly

We possess different types of assembly lines for our specialized products such as lighting fixtures, mailboxes, poles, and such.
